A lake resort at the Traunsee in Austria is under development. The area intends to close the gap between the historical shore line of the lake and the open parking space at the site.
A new marina, open to the public, and the renaturation of the bathing beach are a central element of the development.
The concept of traditional materials and dimensions for the buildings integrates the residential area, as well as the hospitality building into the urban context of Gmunden.
Overall a high end hotel, shops, a medical center and approx. 80 apartments will be built within the next years.
