Transformation of the Working Environment

The goal of the design is to create a holistic and contemporary working environment. The office of the future puts the needs of its users at the center. It is about the quality of the space and the experience it provides. If work can take place anywhere, the workplace must become a special destination where employees can access resources that are not available to them remotely.
Restaurants, a kindergarten, a fitness studio, wellness areas such as a Zen garden, urban gardening, social spaces, an event space with a lecture hall, and various studios that can be rented by all companies provide different environments for different phases of work — from protective, secluded cocoons for periods of deep concentration to stimulating social co-working spaces. Moving between different work environments, between floors, and between indoor and outdoor spaces creates more opportunities for interaction, engagement, and collaboration.
Instead of traditional open-plan offices, the working environment of the future is an “open area” spread across multiple levels. It can be adapted at the touch of a button. Flexible furniture and spatial configurations allow the environment to respond to changing needs.
